Monday July 27
Lacrosse combines elements of soccer, basketball, and hockey, making it one of the fastest-growing youth sports in the country. New players will experience a fun and engaging introduction to the sport of lacrosse, while current players will strengthen their skills and game awareness. Our coaches use age-appropriate drills, skill stations, and small-sided games to help athletes build confidence, coordination, and a love for the game. No prior lacrosse experience is needed! Clinic geared towards ages 5-12.
Each session will focus on new topics such as:
Understanding the rules of the game
Proper stick grip and cradle technique
Passing and catching fundamentals
Ground ball techniques
Shooting mechanics and accuracy

Saturday August 8
Get ready to jump, cheer, and have a blast! This youth cheer clinic is all about learning the basics of cheerleading in a fun, high-energy environment where everyone feels welcome! Designed to introduce participants to the fundamentals of cheerleading, the clinic focuses on building confidence, coordination, and teamwork, while teaching essential cheer skills.
Each session will focus on new topics such as:
Basic cheer motions with an emphasis on proper technique, sharpness, and placement
Simple Chants and Cheers focusing on timing, voice projection, and rhythm
Basic Jumps
No previous experience required. Clinic geared towards ages 5-12. (And yes, we have Pom Poms! :)

Saturday August 8
Our Softball Basics Clinic is designed to help young athletes learn the fundamentals of softball in a fun, encouraging environment. Whether your child is brand new to the sport or looking to build confidence before joining a team, this clinic focuses on teaching the core skills through age-appropriate drills, stations, and games.
Our experienced coaches create a positive atmosphere where kids can develop coordination, athletic skills, teamwork, and confidence while having fun with other players. No prior softball experience is needed!
Clinic geared toward ages 5–12.
Each session will focus on fundamental softball skills such as:
• Throwing mechanics
• Catching fundamentals
• Fielding ground balls and pop flies
• Proper batting stance and swing basics
• Running the bases
• Understanding positions and simple game rules
• Fun skill competitions and game-based activities
Perfect for beginners and developing players who want to learn the game in a low-pressure, supportive setting.
Note: Players should bring a glove (if they have one!), water bottle, and athletic shoes or cleats. Bats and a limited number of extra gloves will be available for clinic use.

Saturday September 19
Clinic will provide a fast-paced introduction to the sport of field hockey, while integrating skill building with fun games and competitive play. Our coaches use age-appropriate drills, skill stations, and games to help athletes build confidence, coordination, and a love for the game. Although we recommend players enroll in this clinic once they have completed our Foundation Sports Field Hockey Mini Clinic, new players are welcome. The main difference between this clinic and our mini clinic is that this clinic is a longer session and will include more competitive play/scrimmaging.
