Current Clinic Offerings

Foundation Sports Field Hockey Clinic - Raleigh 

New players will be experience a fun and engaging introduction to the sport of field hockey, while current players will strengthen their skills. Our coaches use age-appropriate drills, skill stations, and games to help athletes build confidence, coordination, and a love for the game. No prior field hockey experience is needed! 

Clinic geared towards ages 6-12.

Each session will focus on new topics such as:

• Understanding the rules of the game

• Proper grip and stick positioning

• Stick-handling techniques

• Basic defensive and offensive skills

• Final session will include game play

When: May 14 and/or May 21 from 6-7 pm

Where: Wake Forest  - Forest Ridge Park (2100 Old NC 98 Hwy, Wake Forest, NC)

Cost: $35 per session

**May sessions can be booked one session at a time! Lower cost per session! Come when it works! Skip when it doesn't! Same high-energy coaching. Same skill-building. Just way more flexibility for busy families! 

Note: field hockey sticks and balls are provided for clinic; mouthguards required; shin guards recommended.

Foundation Sports Cheer Clinic - Raleigh

Get ready to jump, cheer, and have a blast! This youth cheer clinic is all about learning the basics of cheerleading in a fun, high-energy environment where everyone feels welcome!  Designed to introduce participants to the fundamentals of cheerleading, the clinic focuses on building confidence, coordination, and teamwork, while teaching essential cheer skills.

Each session will focus on new topics such as:

• Basic cheer motions with an emphasis on proper technique, sharpness, and placement

• Simple Chants and Cheers focusing on timing, voice projection, and rhythm

• Basic Jumps

• No previous experience required. Clinic geared towards ages 6-12.

When: Friday May 1 and/or Friday May 8

Where: Wake Forest - Forest Ridge Park (2100 Old NC 98 Hwy, Wake Forest, NC)

Cost: $35 per session

Saturday June 6 from 8-9:30 am

Wed June 10 from 6-7:30 pm

Saturday July 25 from 8-9:30 am

Where: Middleton Park

Cost: $25 for residents; $30 for non-residents
