Foundation Sports Field Hockey Clinic

New players will be experience a fun and engaging introduction to the sport of field hockey, while current players will strengthen their skills.

Each session will focus on new topics such as:

• Understanding the rules of the game

• Proper grip and stick positioning

• Stick-handling techniques

• Basic defensive and offensive skills

• Final session will include game play
