Foundation Youth Sports Clinics are an easy, affordable way to let kids explore a new sport to see if it's the right fit...or strengthen skills of a sport they already love!
Teaching children the fundamental skills of sports in a safe, fun space as well as building confidence and friendships through sports
1. Experienced Coaches
Our clinics are led by adult coaches with real playing and coaching experience, ensuring kids receive quality, age-appropriate instruction. Many of our coaches have played at a collegiate, professional, or National/Olympic level.
2. Focus on Fundamentals
We teach the core skills every young athlete needs—rules, technique, safety, the difference between offense and defense—before jumping into competitive play.
Many programs rush into game scenarios without covering the basics. At Foundation, we believe strong fundamentals lead to long-term success.
3. A Great Starting Point (in time commitment and cost!)
Foundation Clinics are an easy and affordable way for kids (and parents!) to learn and try a new sport in a fun, low-pressure environment that doesn't require a full-season commitment! It’s a great way to build confidence and decide if the sport is something to pursue further.
